Children are entrusted to us as the future. Recognizing them as individuals, respecting their rights, and safeguarding them against all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other forms of exploitation are among our primary responsibilities.
To ensure this, we:
- Do not permit the employment of child labor within our organization and expect the same level of sensitivity from all our business partners.
- Provide environments and opportunities within our establishment that contribute to children’s development, where they can freely express their thoughts, wishes, and feelings, and feel safe and comfortable.
- Provide training to our employees on the prevention and identification of child abuse.
- Ensure that children participating in activities are under appropriate adult supervision.
- Organize training programs and support relevant projects to raise awareness about the protection of children’s rights.
- In the event of witnessing any suspicious actions involving children, we first inform the hotel management and, where deemed necessary, seek assistance from official authorities.
