Children are entrusted to us as the future. Recognizing them as individuals, respecting their rights, and safeguarding them against all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other forms of exploitation are among our primary responsibilities.
To ensure this, we:
Our business works in collaboration with our guests, staff and suppliers to minimise any harm that may be caused to the environment through our eco-friendly approach. We fulfil our responsibilities and implement the necessary measures to create a more liveable environment.
To this end;
• We strive to minimise our environmental impact by complying with legal regulations.
• We take care to sort our waste effectively according to its source, type and hazard class.
• We recognise that using hazardous substances and chemicals only when necessary and in the required quantities will reduce both their negative environmental impact and the volume of waste,
• We help protect the environment by choosing materials labelled and certified as ‘recycled’ for our business. We strive to create opportunities for reuse,
• We use single-use items such as paper, tissues, toilet paper and packaging only as much as necessary, taking care to leave as little waste as possible in the environment,
• We store waste correctly in separate areas according to its characteristics, hand it over to licensed/authorised companies without exceeding the statutory storage time limits, and maintain records of this,
• We strive to use water, energy and all natural resources sparingly. We share this commitment with our employees, guests and suppliers.
• We measure our performance in environmental management, track this data against our targets, and strive to improve our performance.
• By educating our staff on environmental issues, we aim to ensure that they demonstrate this awareness not only in the workplace but in all aspects of their lives
In a world where energy resources are becoming increasingly scarce, we must use our existing resources in the most appropriate way in order to fulfil our environmental responsibilities and ensure a liveable environment. By managing energy consumption effectively and implementing sustainable measures, we can share these with our staff, guests and stakeholders to encourage their support.
To this end:
• We fulfil our legal obligations and keep abreast of legislation and regulations,
• We set targets to reduce energy consumption and monitor the results of our efforts,
• We document energy consumption figures per overnight stay, share these with our staff, and aim to make improvements in line with necessary updates and adjustments.
• We assess potential risks and emergencies and hold meetings related to these,
• In line with the meetings held, we aim to train our staff on reducing energy consumption, encouraging them to apply this awareness not only in the workplace but in all aspects of their lives,
• We ensure that equipment is regularly maintained and cleaned (particularly electrical panels, generators, cables, machinery, etc.)
• We strive to research, identify, purchase and utilise energy-efficient products, equipment, machinery and technological alternatives,
We place great importance on gender equality within our organisation.
To this end:
• We ensure the health, safety and well-being of all our employees, regardless of gender.
• We support women’s participation in the workforce across all our departments and offer equal opportunities.
• We operate under a ‘equal pay for equal work’ policy, without discrimination on the basis of gender.
• We create the necessary environment to ensure equal access to career opportunities.
• We develop training policies and support women’s participation and increased awareness.
• We establish a working environment and practices that support a healthy work-life balance.
• We support women in corporate leadership and provide them with equal opportunities.
• We do not tolerate women being subjected to any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, suppression, coercion, slander, etc. We are always mindful of the value they bring to the world and to our organisation, and we support their presence.
• It helps reduce costs by increasing efficiency in the long term
• It contributes to the continuous improvement of our supply chain in line with our sustainability policy
• It helps us rethink unnecessary purchases or switch to reusable, renewable or repairable alternatives;
• It supports our company’s zero-waste policy and the reduction of total waste volume.
1. Unnecessary purchases are minimised. It is essential to ensure that there are no existing products or resources available that could meet the need at the procurement stage.
2. All costs are taken into account. The purchase price is not the only cost factor to be considered. Costs relating to energy, waste or consumables can sometimes be higher than the product itself; therefore, all cost items are taken into account when making a decision.
3. Reliable, certified products are purchased. Certified products are manufactured to high quality standards that reduce environmental impact and convey to all stakeholders the message that the business is sensitive to and friendly towards the natural environment.
4. Purchase products designed for a circular economy
5. The circular economy is an economic model that reuses products and minimises waste. It aims to improve the product lifecycle and minimise waste generated. Therefore, factors such as recycled content, durability and repairability, recyclable packaging, and the availability of take-back or reuse programmes are taken into account.
6. Green suppliers are preferred. Environmentally certified products and suppliers are preferred, particularly for wood, paper, fish, other foodstuffs and products derived from the wild, where sustainability is integrated into their own practices and supply chains.
7. Consumption is minimised. Behaviours that minimise consumption are encouraged, such as using both sides of paper, choosing reusable materials in offices, and ensuring that cartridges are refillable.
1. Possession of environmental and sustainability labels/certifications
2. In production and supply, that there are no harmful effects on the environment and that environmental regulations are complied with,
3. That resources are used and consumed appropriately without harming wildlife or the ecosystem, and that hunting bans are observed,
4. That the provider is a local producer or service provider,
5. Being environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, locally sourced, and valuing ethical principles, whilst using recyclable or recycled materials,
6. As a business, we place great importance on offering products and services that reflect and promote the cuisine, traditions and culture of our country and region.
The depletion of our clean water resources has become a very serious issue that needs to be addressed. Just as we are aware of our need for water, we must also be mindful of every responsibility we have to protect it.
We must take the steps we can to ensure a liveable world and share these with our staff, guests and stakeholders to ensure they support us in this endeavour.
To this end;
• To fulfil our legal obligations and comply with laws and regulations,
• To monitor the results of our efforts by setting targets aimed at reducing water consumption,
• By documenting the results of water consumption per overnight stay, we aim to share this information with our staff and make improvements in line with any necessary updates and adjustments.
• We assess potential risks and emergencies and hold meetings related to these,
• Based on these meetings, we train our staff to reduce water usage, aiming to ensure they demonstrate this awareness not only at the workplace but in all aspects of their lives,
